Resolve "Show version somewhere small like on the settings page" (!13) · Merge requests · Selene.cash / Selene Wallet

Added the wallet version where it traditionally appears on apps at the bottom of the Settings page.

Cleaned up some unused variables in the Setting page.

Added a new documentation section we can flesh out over time to make sure there's a defined process for doing a new release and steps are not missed.
