Insufficient funds error with 0 BCH balance on sending tokens

  1. Open a new wallet
  2. Send in 1 MUSD
  3. Try to send out 1 MUSD (using the MAX button or not, doesn't matter)
  4. Insufficient funds error

Adding 5c of BCH is enough to resolve the error, a tiny sliver of that money is needed to send the BCH transaction moving the MUSD.

Need to be able to handle the case (or at least display a better error) when insufficient BCH available to make a transaction fully emptying the wallet. And when Cauldron can't or won't help the move.
