Token quantities >600k causing Insufficient funds.

Some users are reporting "insufficient funds" errors when sending CashTokens in quantities > 600 000 e.g. ROACH token.

Even with enough sats to make the transaction in their wallet. Does it depend on if things are split across multiple UTXOs?
