Wrapped BCH

WBCH token (ff4d6e4b90aa8158d39c5dc874fd9411af1ac3b5ed6f354755e8362a0d02c6b3, https://wrapped.cash) is backed 1:1 by raw BCH via smart contract.

Stablecoin mode (#590) and other token-related issues (#552) have forced us to reconsider how we use and render "hybrid outputs" (utxos which contain both a fungible token amount and more sats than the dust threshold)

With Stablecoin mode, some user-facing calculations must take the user's MUSD value into account, denominated in sats

Similarly, we should include an option to consider WBCH and BCH as fungible - including automatically unwrapping/wrapping.
