Scroll containers don't follow overscroll behavior

Some mobile operating systems apply a overscroll effect, e.g. the "rubber band" on iOS and "stretch" on Google Pixels.

They seem to have been disabled here, causing the experience to feel strange since it diverges from how it works on other apps and the system. It has even caused some misstaps on my end since how my muscle memory is used to using my phone.

IMO it should follow the system behavior (including to get disabled if there's such option on a system level).

Overscroll is explicitly disabled for some selectors on src/index.css
