Cold-Storage mode
Add any necessary documentation, features or settings to allow Selene to be used as a kind of cold-storage wallet.
Is it possible for Selene to run fully offline, if a copy of the UTXO set or similar is imported into the wallet? How about a mode that locks down the phone only allowing a connection to your own specific fulcrum instance for reading transactions (which is already available as a custom setting in Selene), and exports transactions for broadcast independently? What if spending requires an extra PIN, biometrics (as we already have, but they could be activated or emphasized in parallel) or a 3rd party signing device connectable via USB?
