Document the behaviour of Google Play/iCloud automatic backups

Selene's logic around Google Play or iCloud automatic backups (permitting wallets to sync across devices, but creating a potential security hole) in terms of the defaults, options & detailed functionality needs to be documented and available for users that have questions about this.
