Transaction sent and transaction history don't handle FT decimals properly

E.g. sending "17.78124 AFOG" (token with 5 decimal places) is displayed as 1,778,124.

Also, the send screen for a token should list the token's available balance above the send box (in easily visible letters), and TICKER symbol and truncated token category id (in partly transparent letters) below the send amount box. At the moment the only indicator of what kind of token or amount is the graphic, it would be nice to have some (not prominently visible) text below to confirm.
