[1] Write a 1 page Selene brand guideline document

A single A4 sheet detailing:

• A colour palette (light mode & dark mode variations)
• A typography set (font & sizing)
• Any other additional notes for maximising the design set utility

Colour palette should be roughly similar to the existing Selene colour scheme (ie we like the white/black/grey/green look we already have), but of course it can be tweaked for accessibility or better cohesion etc.
