Geolocation library depends on google play services

unfortunately @capacitor/geolocation introduces a dependeny to google play services, which is problematic for our privacy-conscious users as well as users running GrapheneOS etc.

We'll need to fork the plugin to depend only on the OS-level location services if we want to be able to use onboard GPS.
