[3] App: BLISS

Add an app that displays the image of Velma #1, content from BLISS, marketing videos and promotional content and so on.

Create a new promotional app in the Explore tab that advertises BLISS! The Explore tab has a banner with BLISS 2025: Starting in xx:xx:xx (finishes 9am on 13th May). Clicking on it links to a page with information about BLISS. The Velma upgrade video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOIzAcCap6A, links to bliss.cash and explanation of tapswap for buying tickets.

Weight: 3. Requires bespoke UI and will probably want a few rounds of revision with Jeremy.
